  • SketchUp

    if you still have an older version of sketchup installed it will open when you load 2014 for example. you may need to uninstall all versions and re-install 2015. I had exact same issue.

  • Angled roof


    in roof calculation,menu 2, graphic roof layout, warped free roof surface is the fuction you may need to use. not the clearest of fuctions to undersand tho! i would speak to dietrchs if you have support.

    You need training to suit your needs to get yourself stared. Dietrichs will provide this, contact them.

    ok ignore the last post! i just tested on the sample project after a new install of dietrichs! so sample project works but nome of my projects do!


    actually with some MOS set ie GF WALLS only on, it works


    something corrupt in my database?

    just found the problem! its the project files being on my hdd which is not my os drive. as soon as i open a project that is on my os drive it all works!


    strange! any ideas?

    Hi,


    i get this error " EXCEPTION : Float divide by zero " when i try to use GL workspace!


    everything was working fine and this has happened suddenly no matter what project i try! dcam, roof profile etc.


    i am using 11.03.


    my hardware is:


    i7 930, 3x2gb ram, ati 5770 vapor-x, ocz 240gb ssd.


    does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
