We believe in what we started 20 years ago an embrace between TRADITION and TECHNOLOGY. Carpentry is an old art, which is deeply rooted in European tradition. Dietrich’s was the first company to make design software especially for wood construction. In 1982, long before the first Hundegger machine, Josef Dietrich developed the first programs to help German carpenters calculate roof shapes, angles and cuts. Since then, Dietrich’s has become the biggest provider of timber frame design software in Europe. Continuous development, long experience and the love for the craft have helped to make the most up-todate timber frame software on the market.
