Questions about Dietrichs software

    Good day, colleagues.
    We using Dietrichs 5.04 version. And sometimes we meeting problems using this program:
    1 ex. the last thing happend - when we opening program allways is showing table in germany language (Datei nicht gefunden inder gepackten datei: dsbkr_.bmp);
    2 ex. why this program is broken - program cant start and all data we loosing, we must to reinstal program (this happend very offen);
    3 ex. the biggest problem for us is that Dietrichs cant correctly work with Krusimatic G1, maybe we dont know how to work correctly - we working 9 month and krusimatic dont doing some operations: v-cuts, birds mouse in angle, drillings (look to attach);in other words not man is controling machine, or machine controling man.
    Maybe some one can help to understand how to use matterial list and static programe (we dont get tutoral information about its from Dietrichs).
    And at all Dietrichs and Krusi dont want to commune with us! Please help...

    Dear Vilmantas,


    first of all I would like to ask you to report problems like this at Hotline first.

    or at hotline@dietrichs.com .
    They speak english and will be happy to help you.


    The bitmap you are missing (dsbkr_.bmp) should be there after you installed the program. I will send you the file via e-mail, just to be sure.


    Please contact Hotline to find out why you have to reinstall the program continuously and why you lose data. This is not a known problem and it also is not Dietrich's standard.


    To tell you what you can or can not do on the Krusi with our interface we would have to look at the processes in your design. A bird's mouth at an angle is potentially a 5 Axis process. If your machine is a 4 Axis machine it will not be able to do that. There are physical limitations.


    For the material lists and the static program training is available. Last time I trained your group we ran out of time and capacity to squeeze everything in. Please contact me about possible training dates.

    People here in the forum can help you with a lot of problems, but your problems are to specific for a platform like this.
