When editing a line there is a work around to get the layer to appear in the general area which will be fixed in the next release. In addition, I also see no selection by layer when editing the line weight. See attachment.

In order to bring in the DNA hidden layer you had me "Sketch an object in D-Cam in an isometric view and bring it into 2D and you will have a "dna hidden" layer."

My question is this when I start a new project will I have to do the same. Alternatively, do I save this DNA hidden layer as a new layer combination .

In D-Cad 2D when I change the line thickness in the layers dialog box the line weight does not change in the drawing. :roll:

If you select a layer and draw a line in the selected layer and then go to properties of the line drawn. Shouldn't the layer show up that the line was drawn in? :roll:

Joachim,2-02 worked and moved the entire roof. Since I used graphic roof layout and created individual roof polygons with different "Z" heights to the ground floor, I only need to move my lowest roof up. Is there another way?

I created a roof using graphic roof layout. I discovered I need to relocate it in the Z direction. I can't seem to find a way to do this. Please advise.

I would like to delete unused text styles and create new default styles. I cannot delete all the ones shown. And when I try to create new ones the others reappear. Please advise.

Thanks Again. I use another Cad program that allows moving the extension line by just grabbing the end and moving it to a new location then the dimension recalculates. I'm thinking this might be a nice feature in Dietrich's.

Hi Dan,

Do you recommend deleting the cut processes on the connector in addition to the beam before creating the connector tag?

When reprocessing the beam for the drillings it gets shorter. I have several beams like this. Is there a quick fix?

If you own Snagit, you could capture your Word or Excel material list you may need to use the scroll window option. Then save it as a png. file. Import your material list as a picture into D-cad.

I created a roof using "graphic roof layout" now I decided I would like to attach a roof profile to the roof created. Is this possible? :roll:
