Intersecting volumes not always works.

    Sometimes intersecting volumes does not work and that can be quite irritating... :? ;) Especially because I am going to use these intersection regularly. This is camfered edges around windows in concrete elements. Some of them works - and some of them does not work. I have tried to adjust precision both ways, but still not all intersections works. Are there other things I can try? I have also tried to make the male part bigger and in another material, but still...

    Here you can see pictures of the situation. You see the wall element with the wood pieces I use to make the camfered cuts etc. and you see the result. The reason for 2x2 pieces there in the top of the window, is that I took it from wall macro, but it was not long enough, so I copied them. And why I copy them? - Because I can't cut them longer... But why these cuts is not going all the way??
