    Hello.
    I have a problem. I instal Dietrich's software from the CD. During the instalation its instaling a hardlock device driver. After the instalation is over i run the program and put into usb port "aladdin" hardlock. After i choose for example "new object" i see on my screen "hardlock not found.....number 11111".


    What have i do to have full access to progrm not only demo.

    I try to explain it.
    With the CD you have received a disk with a customer file or a sheet with a code. In the case of the disk you must use this by the installation or copy the file in a certain directory (c: \dietrichs09 \ windat) now afterwards. In the case of the code you have to use it during the installation.

    Thank you for a quick answer.


    That will be great if i can copy file from disk into this direction. But my windows (xp sp2) can not see the disk (usb pendrive). In that case what can i do. Should i download some programs?


    I don't have sheet whit a code and during the instalation there was no need to use disk.

    could you please explain how your hardlock looks like? Is it blue with a number on it or is it made of metall with a number?

    Yes my hardlock is a blue whit a number on it. I have install the latest drivers. When i connect the usb hardlock there is a still red light. In aladdin diagnostix in plece of a modulle addres i type a nuber from hardlock (is this right?) and after cheack key i see hadrlock module not found.

    this is not the modul number. If the light is on the hardlock will be ok.
    The problem ist that you do not have the special customer file to use the hardlock.
    You should have get this file with a flobby disk or a usb stick or by email (or a special code which you said that you did not get it).
