Installing 11.02 update

Diese Seiten wurden speziell für die Benutzer unserer Software installiert, um sich untereinander und mit uns, Informationen, Neuigkeiten, Bilder und Dateien auszutauschen.     I have just received the update DVD for 11.02 but cannot install it.
    If I run the custom setup and choose "upgrade" then it says there is no version of Dietrichs on the system to upgrade.
    If I run new install, it tells me it cannot install into the same folder as a previous version of Dietrichs.
    I cannot uninstall the previous version of Dietrichs since it does not appear in the programs list of control panel.
    Please help!

    1. A Dietrichs program can be deleted by just deleting the folder.
    2. For updating a version our install program searches for icons on the desktop. Without Desktop icon we do not find the existing versions. If we would search on the whole harddisk it would cost a lot of time for the users. So if you just create a desktop icon for the existing version (use the Menue.exe and as working directory the directory WINDAT) you can make an update to this existing version.
