I tried to conver details drawings to DXF (using store single beams and file format DXF). But it is not possible, why? Computer give me note Access violation.

when you say that you want to store "all details" to dxf, there are about 1001 possibilities to proceed. With such a description it is not possible to reproduce the error. Please tell us in which version you work and then describe step by step how you proceed. Please use the expressions that are used in the english version of our software, otherwise we do not know what exactly you mean e.g. with "details". Please attach pictures of the settings you use.
Example: "In version 8.04, in the attached position, in roof design, I use 1-01-4 single beam drawings. In "marker assistant" I press "Cancel". In "sorting" I select "add to existing". I the dialogue box "store single beams" I confirm the settings shown in the attached picture with OK. The program crashes."Best regards,

Hi, Jens,
here are all my steps:
1. version 6,02;
2. Small building (carport) was prepared with wall, roof and d-cam modules;
3. In d-cam I had had activating all details I need;
4. Sorting (now I dont remember wich way add to existing or new I did);
5. In D-cam 1. File; 01. Drawings; 5. Single beams drawings;
6. In table: store single beams; I am chosing file format 2. DXF (R2000) or 4. D-CAM+DXF (R2000) and OK.
And result: EXCEPTION: Access violation -

I could reproduce the error in Version 6.02. As far as I know your company has also bought version 7.02. In this version this error is solved.

It could be done, but we using only that version, because our CNC centre (krusimatic G1) dont understand Dietrichs version 7,02. Machine software does not understand the transmission of data files. It better works with 6,02 version. And here was the reason we decided to stop updating your software.

Version 6.02 and 7.02 are compatible. You can use 7.02 to construct the buildings, make drawings etc and use 6.02 to for the machine transfer.

You want to say, that I can create model with 7,02 and after open that model with version 6,02 to create machine files?

Yes, that is possible.

What's the problem with the machine files of version 7?
There should not be a problem with version 7 and Krüsimatic G1. -

Regardig 7,02 version and Krusimatic G1, I think, I had sent to you all information immediately, as soon as that encountered.
