    I recently installed Dietrichs 16 to a new computer but I neglected to insert my D-Lock during the installation hence Windows 10 cannot recognise it now. I need to reinstal Dietrichs properly but do I have to uninstal the program that is there now. What is the best way to do that?

    It is not necessary to uninstall the software before reinstall it.
    But I think that it is not necessary to reinstall it.
    I will send you your kunde.daz by email. Just install it as described in the email.
    If the D-Lock is not working try another usb port.
