    I am drawing roof to be made of several seperate elements (cassettes), so I have a building outline for each element. And I want a drawing for each element, exactly as I can from ceiling design. How??!!


    I don't like roof design very much, it is more difficult to work with than ceiling design. - I would like it to be more like ceiling and wall design. Maybe the possibilty to choose between to roof design modes: The traditional mode, and a element mode: This could perhaps be done by selecting a roof outline you want to work in - and then you work in that horizontally, and not with the slope of the roof.

    We have a complete element modul for roof design. With this moduls you can have several elements on each roof and you can have a plan of each single element. I think this is what you need.

    Yes of course - what I need to make my work easy is not what I have!! ;) I guess that with this module, I can also put boards on the roof?

    You cannot enter boards with this modul but you can enter them with the normal modul for boards in roof design. When your roof has elements the normal panel modul does consider this moduls. You can define for each slice of your roof if the sclice should be seperated by the modul or not. Each volume (beam or panel) which is entered by hand belongs to the element of the area where the volume is entered.


    I do not know anything about prices. You have to ask our salesman.


    If you start the program with 6-6 the program starts in a demo mode. You can see and use all functions. But if you want to test element modul you should have a version 6.02 which will be availlable this week (I hope).

    No, I cannot enter boards in roof design. I have version 5.04, I think.
