No problem. You can input them in wall design, using slice 1....7.

Der_ Planer,
I'm unable to get any texture on the inside see attachment along with my settings. I have the interior slice 2 set for a 1" board. I'm lost. I do have a board and batten on the exterior.

Kayaker,
what you see is the texture of the wall solid. You cannot see the parts within the wall slices. There are 2 possibilities to change the view:
1. with Dicam 1-7-1 you can switch off all wall bodies. Then you only see the parts, that are in the slices.
If you don't want to switch off all walls:
2. In wall properties, select the texture "NOTEX" (no texture). The wall becomes unvisible in OpenGL, but you can see all beams or boards within the wall.
Looking at your wall picture, I also guess, you did not yet input "My_panel" into the slice_2. It's not enough, to have the correct settings. Use 5-8 in wall design!

I followed along but nothing shows up in my #2 slice ? no matter what I try.
-
Did you input material into your slice_2?
-
I think I'm getting the idea. I see each board needs to be applied to the slice. When I selected the texture / attribute board and batten for my exterior walls it was applied to the exterior of all wall surfaces in one fell swoop. I was thinking that the same would be true for the interior wall surface.

You can never fill a single surface with a texture. Dietrich's always uses 'texture sets' with combinations of 1, 2 or 3 textures. The sets are predefined in the program, and normally you cannot change them. There are 2 types of texture sets, which will fill beams in an other way than walls or panels, but in every case, all faces are filled with texture.

Depending on what kind of board you want at the inside, you can also use "post" to put in the boards as if they were wall timber. This is convenient if you want a wood board of some sort. You can also use material auxilaries like t.ex. #OSB = OSB material texture. The # means that you are now using an auxilary.
