You don't understand what I am saying. He is receiving commercial version / hardlock key tomorrow, and while he is waiting he his making a project from a tutorial - so is there any way that he can "transfer" his turorial project to the commercial version and then continue to work on that tutorial and save it in normal way??? Or maybe if he borrow my hardlock key (or what ever hardlock key the installation CD, that he used, belongs to - mine or my assistent, I am not sure, but I think it might be mine). And then he can save his tutorial work at the end of this day. And tomorrow open it with commercial version, when it arrives.

That's not possible.
Even if you begin with dongle, and pull it out during work, your building wil be lost. No more chance to save it.
I do not think so.
It would be better to make some screenprints of the building and it's ground entry values, and make it new.
