    Hi Everyone


    Can people tell me what techniques they use to get a list of panels (sheathing) to appear on a specific wall drawing.


    I know I can make a list first and cut and paste this into the text editor in PlanCAD, but the tabs disappear this creates a lot of work.


    However, maybe I am missing something very obvious, or there may be a clever way around this problem. or I might be missing something very obvious.


    Anyway, it would be good to hear other people's ideas.

    Hi Rob,


    there is a little secret, to keep the tabs in the drawing text. ;)


    - create a text style, that has at least as much columns as your list has
    - add (store) this text style to your main database and in all your drawing templates
    - open a list in word, copy and paste it into a drawing text window, using the new list text style

    Brilliant!!!
