  • Unable to start hardlock service

    Hello Brian,


    did you insert the hardlock before you installed the software? If yes, it could be necessary to uninstall the hardlock drivers taht Windows has installed automatically. Just look into the software list and uninstall everything called "hardlock*, HASP*, Sentinel* or similar". Then install the hardlock drivers from the DVD again (DVD:\HLinst\HASPusersetup). If this does not help come back to us please.

  • Importation Solide 3D dans DICAM

    Salut Scresiel,


    avec le commande "acisout" c´est possible d´exporter des fichiers "SAT" dépuis AutoCAD. On peut importer ces fichiers dans Dicam. Comme l´import "SAT" est une module optionnel de Dietrich's, il faut contacter l´aide en ligne ou votre interlocuteur en france pour faire une démonstration de cette interface.

    old Dimas (PP.exe) does not use the Wintmp directory. Please check the directory names in your project path.


    Does the machine transfer currently work properly in older projects, in which you already did a machine transfer successfully?

    "classic" Dimas is an old program and you have to be quite careful with your file management to make sure that it works properly. In the Dietrich's Project Management (Menu), please check the name of the current project and the directory names in the path of the current project. None of these names should contain special characters (symbols) and space characters. Please also restrict the names of the project and the names of the directories in the project path to 8 characters.


    If you use the machine transfer of the new system (program version 8 and higher) these problems do not occur and file and directory names are no more restricted.

    Hallo timsto,


    gib einfach mal in Deiner Suchmaschine (z.B. Google) den Suchbegriff ".NET Download" ein. In den Suchergebnissen findest Du dann verschiedene Dowloadserver. Vertrauenswürdig sind z.B. die Downloads direkt bei Microsoft oder z.B. von Chip Online.

  • Demo Version

    Hallo Cyberframe,


    das geht im Augenblick weder bei der Demoversion noch bei der Vollversion. Die DC-Statik gibt es jetzt seit ca. 1,5 Jahren und es soll zunächst ein Funktionsumfang erreicht werden, in dem die gängigsten Statikpositionen "eigenständig", d.h. unabhängig vom Konstruktionsprogramm berechnet werden können. Sobald dies erreicht ist, werden wir auch eine Übergabe aus dem Konstruktionsprogramm einbinden. Das wird also erst in einer der zukünftigen Programmversionen passieren.

    the png files are used in our software in openGL. The bmp files are used when you export your building to VRML.


    For a facade you should use the tiles textures.

    it is possible that the Str_* Textures have been introduced with Version 8. You can replace the ones shown above. They are all pictures of Str_ type, so the will be stretched to fit on larger objects.

  • Störung Hotline, Emailverkehr

    Liebe Dietrich's Anwender,


    aufgrund von Umbaumaßnahmen an unseren Servern kann es heute, Freitag 10.09.10, zu Telefonstörungen in der Zentrale und in der Hotline in Neubiberg sowie Einschränkungen und Verzögerungen im Email-Verkehr kommen. Wir bitten dies zu entschuldigen. Ab Montag sollte Alles wieder uneingeschränkt funktionieren.

    bienvenue dans le forum. La fonctionnalité de la carte graphique dépend à 90% du pilote utilisé. Si la réprésentation et les fonctions dans OpenGL ne marchent bien, il faut essayer une autre pilote. Consultez le site de NVIDIA pour télécharger les derniers pilotes. Il faut toujours déinstaller le vieille pilote et redemarrer le système avant de installer le nouveille pilote.
